You have many choices to customize your event experience. Facility fees start at $2500 and range up to $20,000
Start by choosing your event space:
- Entire Lodge Building | up to 300 guests|
- Includes Stiles Porch | Grand Foyer | Burton Room (main dining) | Rabun Room (banquet dining) | Seed Room (side dining/buffet set up) | the Overlook (downstairs outdoor patio)
- Upper-Level Lodge Only | up to 130 guests|
- Includes Stiles Porch | Grand Foyer | Burton Room (main dining) | Rabun Room (banquet dining) |Seed Room (side dining/buffet set up)
- Banquet Dining Room – Rabun Room | up to 60 guests|
- The Vista | up to 60 guests|
- The Overlook | up to 80 guests|
- The Waterfall Grille | up to 50 guests with additional 16 outdoors|
Included is your choice of Ceremony Spaces:
- Stiles Porch Ceremony | up to 125|
- Outdoor Wedding Garden Ceremony |up to 300|

We have award winning chefs and staff trained in fine dining. You will find menus and meal amenities unmatched! We will offer assistance with menu selections, bar selections, and floor plan. Some facility fees include complimentary menu tastings.
